Refund Policy

7 days, no questions asked

If a playbook does not help you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

How to claim

• Email support@pocketplaybooks.in with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt.
• We confirm within 48 hours.
• The refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive your download, or were charged twice, email us with the payment ID and we will refund or deliver within 48 hours.
